The latest annual report represents a full year of trading in the pandemic, as well as six months trading post-Brexit. We built the report around the theme of Resilience and Brilliance, demonstrating how their strategy and operating principles combine with their purpose to deliver impressive results, even in the most challenging of circumstances.
