Midsummer Retail Report 2018
The 2018 Colliers International Midsummer Retail Report launched in July. It’s the fifth report we have created for Colliers, and it has once again been very well received by its audience of property professionals.
This year’s theme was ‘Joining the Dots’ – focusing on where the physical and digital worlds of UK retailing meet, and what it will mean for the property investment and development sectors. We created a series of simple images in the Pointillist style – a technique that uses differently coloured dots to portray the illusion of blended colours.
Launched at the Picture House Central in London’s Leicester Square, our dots popped up all over the place, both animated and static, creating an explosion of colour. In the first 48 hours since the launch, the report received over 900 views – an all-time high for Colliers International.
