Rare Breed has been appointed to create the design and marketing for a collection of contemporary penthouses, positioned on top of one of Old Street’s most historically notable buildings. Situated on City Road, the building served as the former office of Thomas Lipton and his Lipton Tea brand – and then subsequently as the headquarters of Jaeger from 1945.
